Mark Watson-Gandy
Professor Mark Watson-Gandy O.B.E is a specialist insolvency barrister at Three Stone Chambers. Ranked both in Chambers and Legal 500, Mark has appeared as counsel in a number of high-profile cases, including relating to the collapse of Stanford International Bank in Antigua, over the administration of Cambridge Analytica and most recently in relation the £1.05 billion bankruptcy of an Indian politician. He is the author of ‘Watson-Gandy on Personal Insolvency Practice’ and one of the editors of ‘Butterworths Corporate Law Service’ and of ‘Tolley’s Insolvency Law’.
